Hi,

It’s Akansel.

I know how hard it is to find reliable information online about how to rank higher on Google, so I’ll be giving you one tip per day so you don’t have to search.

Here’s something important to remember:

Businesses that rank in the top 3 on Google get 70% of the traffic.

So here’s one thing you can do to rank higher:

I see too many businesses with either no services listed or just a couple.

Services play a big role in your ranking.

But here’s what most people don’t know:

You can actually list your services in this format: {service} in {city}

By doing this, you’re feeding Google’s algorithm the exact keywords people are searching for.

For example:

  • Landscaper in Leeds

  • Plumber in Manchester

  • Tree Surgeon in Plymouth

So make sure to add all the services you offer and don’t hesitate to use different variations or wordings.

Stay tuned for Day 2.

Talk soon,

Akansel

P.S. I go into more detail in my newsletter, if you want to stay ahead of your competitors, join here.
