Here’s how I’d 10x my local business if I had one.

Let’s say I’m a landscaper, just for the sake of this example.

Step 1: Build a website, even a simple one will do the job for now.

Step 2: Run Google Ads. That way, I’ll attract all the “ready-to-buy” clients who are already looking for a landscaper.

And yes, I’ll send them to my shitty website for now.

Once I start gaining some traction, I’ll build out my Google Business Profile: ask for reviews, add pictures, list services and keep it active.

And voilà, just by using these two strategies, you can 10x your business.
