I’ve seen a lot of local businesses be wrong about something.

Some think that ranking on Google is solely related to the number of reviews they get.

Wrong.

So wrong.

Reviews are a factor for ranking. I agree.

But not that much.

There are so many other things that go into ranking in the top 3, you have no idea.

If that were true, you’d see Google results be linear, going from the most reviews to the least.

But that’s not what it looks like, right?

I got one of my clients to rank #3 with only 4 reviews, while her competitors had hundreds.

This alone proves the point.
